Hi all,

We took a mortgage out in August 2008 with Accord at 6.29% we live in Northern Ireland the Mortgage was taken out for 95000 and is down to around 90000. We can not change until end of July due to early repayment fines.

Just wondering when we should start looking. We went to the The Mortgage Shop before and took all out insurance with them am starting to get feeling we are being ripped off. We both have excellent credit ratings. We would also need to be able to move during the mortgage period never expected to be in this house now lol

Thanks all
