The obvious choice would be some kind of omlette for the savory. Or maybe a tortilla? You could use the apples, bacon, the onion and the potatoes.
If you have sr flour you could make the peach cobler with the peaches. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
How about a spanish omlette? Thats what the ones with tatties and extras stuck in isnt it?? Or if you have flour for pastry you could make a quiche and have the tatties with it.
Thats all i can think of just now, your more disciplined than me! DS had speech therapy and was so good so we stopped at the chipper for him on the walk home and i succumbed to a white pudding! These are recipes for Spanish Tortilla or Potato Omlettes. I would use the apple in with it as well and keep the peaches for pud! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

What about a bake. Layer a casserole dish with potatoes, onions and chopped bacon, pour on some stock and cook in the oven for an hour or so.The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

Or using the eggs rather than stock to make a sort of oven cooked omlette.
But have to agree an omlette did jump out me as an obvious choice.

I would cook off a few potatoes and then slice thickly. Saute sliced onion and chopped bacon in a frying pan. Season with pepper. Add sliced potatoes and beaten egg. Cook until set and then either flip over for a few mins or put under a hot grill to brown the top. Serve in wedges with salad.I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0
