Hi,
I am new to posting although been lurking for some time. We are in a serious amount of debt and have ccj's and a court order. Is it still possible to have a dmp or an iva with these?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Well done for taking a small step to sort your problems.
You now have to do a little work.
