Early Discharge Questionaire

Hi all,
I filled in an Early Disharge Questionaire with my final SOA around a month ago.
I just wanted to know if this means I will get ED or not??
If so, what sort of timescale could I be looking at??
I am also waiting for Moonbeever to implement my nil tax code but they havent done so yet and its only 3 months to April (they seem to be dragging their feet with it).
I check the insolvency website once a week with no joy!!:D
Any ideas??

ED is not guaranteed. It isn't uncommon for moonbeaver to take ages to start nil tax code.

Hi fyp,
Would it be worth me ringing my OR to see if im eligible for ED or will I just get the cold shoulder??0 -
If they sent you the forms you will be eligable, so its just whether they get round to doing itHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Ring and ask about something else then slip in the ED words....the letter they sent has a paragraph in saying "please do not contact us about early discharge questions"
I do agree with others..just because you sent the forms back is NO guarantee you'll get ED sadly its a low priority job that will be shifted to the bottom of the pile depending on how busy your offices are
fair few sent ED forms back here and still went the full 12mnthsWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
We filled in ED forms in early October and didn't hear anything until last week, when we found out we had both been given ED in December. The register wasn't updated until last week though.BSC 2710

I guess its just the luck of the draw then huh??
Having said that, my local office (within manchester) seems to be very quick and efficient when it has come to dealing with me (my case is very straightforward which might help)?
Hoping for some good fortune to come my way!!
Congrats Tinytim!! Thats great news!!
Phil: I read that sentence you have quoted from the ED letter when I got it and all it made me want to do is ring and ask about ED!!! :rotfl:0 -
Hi latl's !
I too had a letter about 1 month ago saying I was eligble for ED and filled in a new SOA. Like you I live within the Manchester area. Still waiting, although my NT code was applied in November.
Fingers crossed eh? Good luck.0 -
Have you been checking the register to see if you have ED yet or not? dont forget to click on your name and look in more detail as it wont say it on the first page.
Often people have ED for a while before they even know.. thats what happened with me :-)0 -

Not really.......depends how busy the office is as ED is a low priority job..paperwork as I said can be put to the bottom of the pile at any timeWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
