Help/advice about a loan..

Hi. Im currently looking to obtain a loan of around £1000 to clear my overdraft and pay a few late bills off but my credit rating isn't very good so its hard to find a good company/bank who will offer me one with good rates. So I've resorted to looking for a company who offer people loans with poor records and CCJ's etc but the one's i've found seem to look like a scam for example requesting cheques up front and scans of my card and other details like that. So if anyone out there does know a company who are likely to accept me, then please can you let me know as things are getting pretty messy atm. Thanks very much.

** Oh forgot to mention, not to fussed about high rates as I can pay it off but need something to tie me over for now. Not Provident though.. Thanks again **

Why do you need to get a loan? If you work out what you would have paid on repayments, and target this to the "late bills", then set up an arrangement with the bank to reduce your overdraft by that amount each month. Sorted!2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Hi
Did you do an SOA last time you were here? If not then you might want to think about doing one now? We can find you some savings to reduce your outgoings and clear some debt?
I agree those loan cos sound scammy, and there are plenty of people able to testify that they are not a good idea. Ive consolidated, and ended up in a worse state, as have many many of us here.
lets have a butchers at your SOA, then we can work out what the best plan for you is
