mortgage with no tie ins

Can anyone suggest a bank that does a mortgage with no tie in's?

(buying a house to do up and sell within 4-6 months)

    loads.( in fact almost every. although some on SVR) but its the question of whether you will reside / only/ main residence thats more of an issue

    We'll live in it whilst doing it up then sell pretty much straight away to get to the location that we want. But if we sell and dont find a house we want i want to be able to pay the mortgage off and whatever we make to go in the bank ready for the next purchase

    only/ sole residence

    so long as valuer happy with current state of repair then lots of deals with no ties ... look at the comparison tables / sites ... or speak to an adviser who will have access to the sourcing software

    ( remember if buying on open market... the open market price is the open market price and reflects condition.... fees can dent profits made on a "do up" especially if market is not rising)
