Sell the house? What is it worth, and how much is the mortgage for?0

Have a look here

If the mortgage is in both your names, your ex is still jointly liable to pay the mortgage. Have you discussed your options with him - do you both want to sell up and move on, or is the plan that you stay there? Make sure he realises that his credit will be wrecked if the mortgage isn't paid.
Can you rent out a spare room to help cover costs? Or is there anyone who can take over the mortgage? What's your LTV like?0 -
he dont care he said he dont live there and he aint paying end off we cant sell due to negative equity we got a 4 year old who lives with me im just so scared dont know what to do i feel im being peanilsed due to the fact i work if i didnt the interest would be paid it seems so unfair0

Your ex should be paying the mortgage though, rather than the government - does he really not care that the house will be repossessed if the mortgage isn't paid, and that he'll have to pay the negative equity, plus even more, wrecking his credit in the process. Think he needs to wake up - he can't just walk away from his liability.
go and seek professional advice - use the site I linked, and you need a solicitor too. Think about renting out any spare room, or moving your child into your room to create a spare room. Contact your lender too as they need to know what's going on before the mortgage isn't paid, and not after.0 -
he dont give a dam to be honest he rather see it be repossessed he dont give a dam that his son would b homeless all he says you will get rehoused but i want to try and keep my house for my son but with only earning £750 with a mortgage of £908.00 it wont be easy even intesest only is £6000

Well he needs to realise that it won't just go away once it is repossessed - it isn't a case of posting the keys through the door of the lender and walking away. You might get rehoused but you'll still both owe thousands of pounds. Seek professional advice as soon as you possibly can.0

Just to add, is there someone who can come on the mortgage with you and take over his part of it? Might not be doable, but you need to think through your options atm.0

are you getting everything you should
you should be receiving child benefit, child tax credits, working tax credits (if you work 16 hours) and maintenance from your ex
(if the 750 is your monthly wage you should have approx another £120 per week + maintenance)
have a look on entitledto.com with your details0
