Mortgage Advice/tips Needed

Hi, some Mortgage advice needed if possible, looking to move house shortly and will hopefully be selling my house for £205000ish and will be buying one at £235000.
I currently have a mortgage of 74000 which is with ING direct on their now discontinued flexible mortgage 0.9% above BoE rate.:D
So new mortgage would be about 105-110k dependant on the prices of the property.
My preferences is for a mortgage where i can overpay as much as possible and have no penalties for early redemption (pay off early).
also unsure whether to go back to 25 year term and overpay each month or shorten the term.
all advice greatfully received.:T:T:T
