Mortgage Advice/tips Needed

Hi, some Mortgage advice needed if possible, looking to move house shortly and will hopefully be selling my house for £205000ish and will be buying one at £235000.

I currently have a mortgage of 74000 which is with ING direct on their now discontinued flexible mortgage 0.9% above BoE rate.:D

So new mortgage would be about 105-110k dependant on the prices of the property.

My preferences is for a mortgage where i can overpay as much as possible and have no penalties for early redemption (pay off early). :D

also unsure whether to go back to 25 year term and overpay each month or shorten the term.

all advice greatfully received.:T:T:T
