I cant remember when - about a month and a half ago - i joined the gym in my basement at work - holmes place
we get a discount as work pay the years fees and then it is deducted out of our salary each month. (£58). there is supposed to be a £20 joining fee - which they have never asked me for (which i would be responsible for paying not work). They havent sent the invoice from head office to my work place - therefore work havent paid them and have reminded them loads - i have also been into teh gym and reminded my contact there and he said "fine if you get a year free then its head office problem not yours".
should i keep my lips sealed - as i have done as much as i can bar beg them to take my money off me?!

hi Lou,
The same happened to my sister and I, we joined together as it was BOGOF, we paid the first month's installment on our debit card and then a direct debit was set up. It was a bit confusing at the time as I thought it had been set up out of my sister's account and she thought it was coming out of mine (we each transfered our share to each other, I never checked my statement, just my balance). I would put something in writing to them one last time and then put the money aside just in case they follow it up.Saving for an early retirement!0
