Radio show audition call... anyone else just had it?

i was supposed to be there at 4 today, checked train yesterday and cheapest was 10 quid there 10 quid back, checked again today and singles have shot up to £31 each way or £40 return so i think i may be passing on this one cant justify spending that much on an audtion.

I only entered this morning and I've just had a call offering me an audition for Wednesday evening. I reckon they are auditioning everyone so I declined.

I had a phone call too about 30 mins ago. I really didn't know what the lady was talking about as she said something along the lines 'you entered it so surely you must know what it is'. She then asked me whether I lived and I said London so she said that it's too far for me to come in. From reading the above posts it sounds like maybe she's been calling a lot of people all day so by this stage she was getting a bit impatient!

Anyhow I am glad that I decided not to go to Birmingham - as it would have meant taking the day off work and facing my worst fear which is SPIDERS. I HATE :eek: creepy crawlies and I feel traumatised even having to think about them!!!

I nearly failed an exam at Uni cause the night before I found a huge spider in my room.

They phoned me today and wanted me to go in on wednesday - bit of a long way from Southampton for 10 mins so will give it a miss! Got a tv show audition for thurs so fingers crossed for that instead!!
