Slow Cooker chicken lasagne?

I swear I saw a recipe on here; either in a discussion on SCs or on Rubber Chicken, about a chicken lasagne that did layers of tomatoey stuff, then layer of chicken, repeated. the chicken was in condensed soup sauce?
I have searched high and low and cant find it? Anyone know what I'm on about or have i started to dream SC recipes???
