Just remember that if his wages drops down and he informs CSA they will recalculate on his new earnings and it could be less than the mortgage payment alone. Also if he has to give up the business what would you do about the mortgage then? And think way ahead about when he no longer has to pay maintenance how will you afford things?0

Just a thought as I seen you said you can only work a few hours per week? I hope your not claiming Income Support as that will stop because of your high maintenence payments0
