Got meeting with OR (face to face) tomorrow and was just wondering how much info I need to provide based on finances before entered into IVA?

I would take as much as you possibly can, the more info you can supply the better.:pB&SC No. 298

yeah got piles of stuff here....but not got much of before my IVA!!
I got a timeline of what happened since IVA....but not got dates of when took credit out before IVA, got details of debts but not.
Do you think will want to know loads about previous debts (IVA started Mid 2006 and think last credit got was early 2006)...so ages ago....I would of thought they be more interested whats happened in last yr or so and situation now.
right or wrong?0 -
Hard one to answer really, the OR `s all seem to be different, just be honest and if you don`t know the answer say so, that is what I did.:pB&SC No. 298

have you looked at your IVA proposal, you would have provided alot of this info on there when you started the IvaHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi Matt...please try not to worry, and it will be an examiner that you'll see not the actual OR.
A copy of the proposal will be fine to explain your finances as at 2006, it's actually a really good record, and they won't want to know in detail what happened before that as it's too long ago. Sounds like you have got all that's needed and if you do need to give more info, they'll let you know and give you time to provide it.0 -
Thanks Inner Peace.
Why wont I be seeing the OR? Sure thats what my letter sad! So confused0 -
There is only one actual OR per office. He/she is like a Figure head. The Person who investigates the bankruptcy is called the Examiner. There will also be a clerk assigned to your case who deals with adminHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
