Gave up with my order last night as I could not manually enter my works address for delivery, then decided to have it come home and then it told me the 10% code was not valid.............. Telephoned them today and even Customer Services could not manually enter my work address...boo hoo, so being delivered to a friend......they would not take the money over the phone told me I get an account sent to me!

Ordered one for my Mum who's been super-jealous of my Slanket. Hopefully it'll come ok! Don't really like opening accounts but it's a major bargain and I don't plan on using it again.

If you send them an email they will remove the credit account for you, you can then pay the amount due in the accounts payment section. Once completed, if you have saved your card details and dont intend using them again, ask for the details to be deleted.

Thats what i've done, they were brill!
