    hi all,

Going out for a few drinks for a friend's birthday, so £20 budget. Have flip flops with me that fit into my bag so no excuses, I can walk to and from the tube instead of getting a cab home. I haven't taken a taxi unnecessarily (ie only get taxi when too late/ dangerous to get tube) for 2 months now, I worked out one month pre lbm I spent £160 on taxis alone- yikes!

  • Just sitting at the Computer Thingy Machine browsing…. nice word “browsing”…:p and munching on some really, really nice strawberries bought at ½ price…. yes ½ price from the Co-op – whoo hooo. Also bought other grocery items… the total being £11.58. Couldn’t find a free car park today so another £1.00 on top of that. :D

just a thought i understand the phycological benefit of a spend free day but just because i have a spend free day one day doesn't make my other days any better.
But today is a no spend day and i feel phycologically boosted
