What deals is Abbey/Santander offering mortgagees coming off a rate?

our mortgage is due to come to an end in April, just wondering what deals are being offered to customers at the moment to stay with them. Looking for a fixed rate now, 5 years.

For new customers they are offering 4.95% LTV less than 70% fee £995
5.49% LTV less than 75% fee £9950
