Raising Kids Prize Not Received - Any advice please?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any advice please.

I won an Aquapod from Raising Kids on 13 October last year. Email said it might take 4-6 weeks to arrive and to be patient.

By December nothing had arrived so around Christmas time myself and another, who had also won, emailed to ask where it was. Neither of us have received a reply.

I have noticed that Raising Kids website has now shut down so wondered if anyone has any suggestions on what to do next?

Would be greatful for any help.

Hi ehlittleone, I had to chase a missing prize up from these since it shut down but I did receive it in the end. I will trawl thru my emails for person who dealt with this & pm you their email address. HTH

I too won an Aquapod on 13-10-09, and not received my prize. I have tried to contact them by replying to the original winners email, and I also emailed one of Raising Kids sister companies in USA, but I've had nothing back.

I'd really appreciate the email address as well wingobins. Thanks for your help.
