                    Evening
I'm a FTB looking to buy a house with my Boyfriend. We are fairly clued up with regards to mortgage types etc. but wish to consult an IFA to do some numbers/find out how much we can borrow.
I'm having trouble finding some local IFA's who have websites that I can take a look at to find out what they offer, opening times, any fees etc. It's difficult for me to get in touch by phone during the day as I work 9-5 and they are normally shut by the time I finish.
I would be grateful if anyone could recommend an IFA in or around the Sunderland/Newcastle area. Obviously personal experience to go on would be fab.
Not sure if this the correct forum so my apologies if there is a designated place (I looked and this seems most appropriate).
