Problems with payday loan

Hi
I am currently self negotiating with my creditors as I dont have enough disposable income to go onto a DMP.
One creditor in particularly is being very unreasonable and quite aggressive in their emails.
The company is minicredit.co.uk
They are a payday loan who I owe £130 to. When I contacted them to say I couldnt afford the agreed payments and that I wish to set up a payment arrangement they came back with a totally unrealistic option. I advised them that this wasn't an option for me they then became very rude and aggressive.
The have said on a number of occassions that my actions are CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT! I have cancelled my debit card and havent given them the new details and they have mentioned that applying for a loan that you cant afford is also fraudulent.
They have threatened to inform my employer and also take legal action about this fraudulent behaviour.
If anybody has had any dealing with these please let me know or if you have any advice please help.
Many thnaks
James

Well for a start they are talking !!!!!!!!. They can't take legal action for fraudulent behaviour.
It is doubtful they will take legal action for £130. It would cost them more. You will probably get more e mails, but they will probably sell your debt on.
If you are self negotiating with your creditors, and don't have enough for a DMP, what are you doing ?
Maybe best to post a SOM here and we can see what we can do to help?Debts :Paypal £1981.32

HSBC £5471.01 0% until Feb 2025
Emergency pot £404.47/2500
1p Savings Challenge £1.45/660
52 week Savings: £22.00/14000 -

CCCS have a minimum of £5 per creditor per month
CAB have no minimum.
No reason why you can't do it yourself all the same
