    Are you both going BR?

IS there any way you can keep your GF out of this equation?

Was she with you when you set up the IVA?

    Thanks Tigerfeet.

Yes water, gas and electric included. Even though paid like me is it better if I present as a rent and then utilities seperately...just thinking looks high as one figure?!!

I dont have a landline so can I put down £60 for it plus my £40 mobile or you mean just put £60 down for phone total?

Groceries - no chance of more than £400? is worth trying for more?

Dont know why put buidling! doh, habit from job....contents is £20 I think (I just give gf £10 a mth for it!)

Sorry emergency funding I was meant to note as dry cleaning.

I trying to think if anything I spend on but gone blank....anyone else got something I may have. I was going put down driving lessons...I stopped a few mths ago but would like to start again. I know might be classed as a luxury but also would be useful for the future especially if can drive. thoughts?

    thanks

    Hi Tech

I want to keep her out of this totally. No she not goign BKO. She is a squeaky clean girl who has been well behaved...hence why wants nothing to do with any of this!

We were not together when I went into the IVA, didnt even though her then!

Not sure how I can keep her out when co-habit with her? Tenancy in her name etc so if I try to pretend she is not there and I get ask to show bills, tenancy I cannot do and then no doubt I be accused of lying.

Can you think of anyway I can keep her out of it?

Go back home to ur home addy maybe? rent a room at a friends house? but bear in mind this can hjave an effect ont he property and circumstances involving insurance etc! as it can where you are as there is a change to u GF's circumstances!!!

<ay be TF or other will comment on this in more depth as I am, new to this but haveing gone BR and kept it all feel I have some good expertise and personal experiance to help....Bare in mind I had a lot of help from TF philnicandamy fiveyearplan but to name a few!!!!

Also the best policy is not to lie as I did not tell any lies and all was well with me and the OH and the OR was quite happy :T You see they are all different but OR's are human like us, I 'm sure other would say other wise especially if you tale the Pee out ot your BR/OR retrospectivley

Ok thanks. We dont own the flat we live in. Its rented, tenancy in gfs name and I just contribute towards it (she lived there before we get together).

Yeah definitely dont want to lie, just going be clear with my facts (but want to present in bestway). End of the day I messed up with finances, I put my hands up that I was not responsible enough with money but tried to make amends by entering IVA but I simply cannot afford to carry on with it any more, think the numbers speak for themselves.

    thanks

As you are co-habiting your GF's income has to come into the equation! you need to look at what is best to try and prevent an IPA if poss!

Do yo unot have a life policey or pension scheme?

Is the income figues a 6 mth average for you both?

How far do you live from work have you looked at the cost of buses and also the cost of a taxi if u need to do a 1 wk major shop + getting home form work if you work unsociable hours?

Ok, my understanding is in respect of her income I just have to confirm her earnings?

Yes want to avoid IPA but if I get one, thats life.

My income is not a 6mth average just last mth, the reason I done this is I had my salary reduced from £21750 to £15000 at the moment so a 6mth average would give a false figure. I will just need to explain to OR this ...right?

I live 3.2miles from work. bus ticket is £13.30 per week and if I ever need a taxi to work its £6, if ever need to go to supermarket about £3.50 - £4....think £75 travel is ok then (I leave away from my family so also included if ever need to get train home once in a while was costing about £20-£25 return).

You might have to explain your income but if they dont ask dont tell!!!

Put your private pension down and redo the SOA and relist with the changes for all to see
