can anyone help. i was called by a loan broker company. unsecuredloancompany.net and agreed to a loan broker fee of £49.00 and was told i could cancel and get money back if i felt uncomfortable. i did, and was told i could not get fee back out [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]

If you didnt take a loan out with them - or they failed to find a suitable loan for you then you are entitled to get your broker fee back - minus a small admin charge I think. I had this with Yes loans a few months ago, I wrote them a letter stating that as they failed to find a suitable loan then I understood I was entitled to the fees a few weeks later I had a cheque -£5 admin!0

Put a refund request in writing, send it registered post. You are entitled to your money back minus a £5 admin charge. I got mine back from unsecuredloancompany.net.
