PC (and other) Power Saving

Options
Hi there,

I haven't seen this posted here yet (appologies if it has been before), so I thought I'd mention this potentially useful product to all you green money savers.

One Click Power make power boards/ extension leads etc that have a "master socket". If you plug your PC into the master socket and your other bits and bobs (printer, scanner etc) into the other sockets, the device will cut power to everything plugged in when you shut down your PC - v.useful :)

Check it out: http://www.oneclickpower.co.uk/

Chris.

Yep pretty useful if you have a lot of peripherals connected as soon as PC is switched off the residual current device detects and isolates all other powe points. Since some devices consumer up to 50 watts in standby could be several KWHs per day for large offices.
