This is still not working.After a lot of attempts,starting Weds lunchtime, I finally got through to the download stage,the site then threw yet another server error.This was made worse by the fact the site now says my voucher has been redeemed.So,no download,and no voucher.
I used the "contact us" facility and am waiting to see what happens next.
