You are defaulting on the wrong things and still burying your hrad in the sand.
You mobile and internet bills, for someone that earns so little, yet owes so much, are absolutely ridiculous.
Also, you CANNOT lie when trying to set up a DMP.
Why would people advise you how to hide some of your finances when it wouldnt help you?
Your aunt for example lent you money, but it WILL get to a point where you will let her down also.0 -

Post a SOA and we'll see what we can do to help you make cutbacks and pay off what you owe.
You may be able to claim the charges back from the bank under the hardship claims if you're really struggling. Until then, you'll have to put up with it.
I'm sorry to sound harsh, but it's because people take money and run that interest rates are high and companies are less willing to help the people who want to pay what they owe but are struggling to do so.
The Op never said they werent going to pay , just they couldnt pay nowVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0 -
its not that im hiding from my debts, i want to pay them the simple fact is that i cant due to a recent drop in earnings!
i now earn just £160 a week compared to £230 a week, thats £280 less a month!
and i feel i do have my priority debts right, i have to pay rent, i have to pay travel to get to work, and i have to buy cigs or id just top myself lol, but i am trying to quit, and i have to pay orange otherwise i have no phone for communication an i might aswell lock meself in a cupboard! not to bothered bout payihng t-mobile but i think i might aswell pay them because the contract ends soon, and it willl become one less bill to worry about, same goes for htp only 3months left with them i made an arrangement to pay just before xmas and they have froze interest etc, and i HAVE to pay flm loans as its guaratored by my aunt and shes no longer in a financial positin to be able to pay if i default on it.and also im not trying lie on the dmp, what im saying is my other creditors probably wouldnt agree with the fact im paying htp more than them, and as i have no food expense i was saying could i just wack htp under food for a few months until its paid off so other creditors dont question why im paying htp alot more than them? and in 3months i could update my creditors and say that i now have an extra £100 pounds to split between them.[Natwest [STRIKE]-£2100[/STRIKE] £2774] /COLOR]abl (chantry collections) [STRIKE]-£400[/STRIKE] £395-£600[/STRIKE] £0] [cash convertors [STRIKE]-£400[/STRIKE] £0] [HTP [STRIKE]-£600[/STRIKE] £0][The money Shop [STRIKE]-£750[/STRIKE] £0]/COLOR]catalogues -£1552-£2232[/STRIKE] £2000] [T-mobile -£142.53]0 -

i fink uve missed the pointed my aunt never lent me a pennie, flm lent me the money my aunt stood guarantor and if i default on the loan my aunt would be chased for payment, however my aunt has since split up with her partner and is now on benefits, and would never be abkle to afford to pay them, which is why i will NEVER not pay the loan!! hope this clears that part up[Natwest [STRIKE]-£2100[/STRIKE] £2774] /COLOR]abl (chantry collections) [STRIKE]-£400[/STRIKE] £395-£600[/STRIKE] £0] [cash convertors [STRIKE]-£400[/STRIKE] £0] [HTP [STRIKE]-£600[/STRIKE] £0][The money Shop [STRIKE]-£750[/STRIKE] £0]/COLOR]catalogues -£1552-£2232[/STRIKE] £2000] [T-mobile -£142.53]0 -
