Im looking for a portable dvd player with screen for as cheap as possible but also with good picture quality.

ASDA were selling portable dvd players for £50 reduced from £59 a month ago, might be worth checking if there are any still available at that price.

The two DVD’s I posted were picked randomly and may not be much good with regards to picture quality.

Either of these might be better players:

Technika PDAW7SS10 which can be picked up for around £50

Or

Sony DVPFX720 which can be picked up for around £60

The Mega shopbot might be a good start.

Just noticed that the Sony DVPFX720 is now available for twice the price as posted. There was an offer in Sainsbury's a while ago; they were selling these for £60.

And the Technika PDAW08 has sold out. The Technika 7" PDAW7SS10 may be of equal quality and can be picked up for the same price in Tesco.
