Anyone wanting to stay warm, Argos have halved the price of their challenge eco friedly oil free radiators. We bought one a year ago but strayed away from the oil filled ones as supposedly they sometimes leak which will ruin your carpet.
Well after a year it is still really good and economical. Price for the kw is reduced to £29.99 from £59.99 and for the 1.5kw is reuced to £33 from £49

Should dsave you a few quid on your gas bill, it certainly hasn't put much on our electric bill;)

Have just reserved one of the heaters seems a good price.
Have stored heaters at partners house and they are rubbish this will be great to keep the chill off the room when i`m there at the weekends.
Thanks for the heads up!0 -
Hi, Can anyone who managed to get hold of the 2kw version from Argos recently offer some advice. We managed to get one by having a relative go to a store 100 miles away from us. We only just picked it up and when we came to attach the casters, they dont fit! One set fits, the other bracket is identical to the first but the fitting on the radiator itself dont line up, suggesting that the caster fittings should be different. Could anyone confirm this or am I being stupid?
Thanks in advance,
Dave0 -
Dunno wattage but Poundstretcher have 2 different sizes on offer at the moment, £24.99 and £17.99.

I have one of these , just checked the castors, the brackets are different for each end. hthThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0
