I've not tried the spicy pasta dish but good to see a meat/dairy free option - so cheap - think It's their Jan sale.

Might go from work and take the students at that price!

I had the spicy tomato pasta with a small glass of rose wine for £2.98 yesterday .it was actually much nicer then i expected and the rose wine they have on tap at wetherspoons is my favourite- fetzer white zinfandel.

the small glasses of wine, gin and tonic and a few other drinks are all 99p.bargain!

I went in their last week and I had a pint of Ruddles for 99p (cheapest ever price!!!) and ham egg and chips. I got about 10 chips but they give you loads of ham and it's not cheap ham it's wiltshure cured ham.

You can get the 99p drinks and the 2 £1.99 meals all day, everyday too! Perfect for a cheap Sat night out!

i am sooo cross.

thought i'd go in for my ham, egg and chip dinner today with DS as it wasn't too bad compaared to well known sandwich shops where we normally go.

checked window - yup huge sign with the offer on.
tables - yup huge sale triangles on every table saying it.

unbundled DS got ourselves sorted, went to order (bear it mind it was ONLY 1PM!!) - soldout of ham and pasta.

neadless to say we walked out =- they weren't even busy!!

this is a city centre store so would have had no problems with food delivery given the snow!
