I wanna transfer my music from Sonic stage 4.0 to my sony 6gb mp3 player

Used to use Connect til it went bellyup and blank screen on me! Mt Mr kindly downloaded Sonic Stage, but can I heck get the tracks to transfer from my library. Dont want to ask for his help, can anyone please advise me how to do this...In the transfer drop down the options are ; Autrac audio device, is that my mp3? Also I've noticed, when I try to play fave 100 and use the shuffle on my mp3 it just says connect compliant software!! Am bit pee'd off with it, I knew how to work the Connect, sonic stage is pap...boohoo, please help I need new tunes

right i have the same player and i use sonic stage (SS) as i hate connect

open up SS before you plug in the mp3 player in your usb port. once ss has opened then plug your mp3 player in, it will take approx 1 min to upload everything (your mp3 player at this stage should say do not disconect). once its done that it should be on a transfer page. this has your libary on the left and your device (all the songs on your mp3 player at the mo) on your right.

now to add songs to your libary go file - import once there are songs in your libary click on them in the left (to highlight) and click the second red arrow down in the middle of the two boxes

there you go you now have that song added to you mp3 player
