Hi all,
My order was supposed to be delivered on Thurs 13th Jan and yesterday evening I got this email:
Dear Mr Shinds,
When your order (xxxxxxxx) was placed on our website you selected a deliver by date of 'Thursday 13th January', we have been adding extra warehousing capacity to our order shipping process and elected to upgrade your deliver by date to 'Wednesday 12th January' at no extra charge. Should you not be available to take delivery of the order there is no need to contact us as we are unable to make any further amendments to your order, the courier will leave a calling card and you can either arrange the delivery for an alternate time or the courier will re-attempt delivery the following working day.
If you wish you may contact them via their website address https://www.city-link.co.uk and type your postcode in and you will be able to obtain your local branch telephone number and if you prefer you can make alternative arrangements for your delivery. We must stress that no contact should be made with City Link until you have either received a calling card from them, or you have obtained a consignment number via our website (this will be available once your order has been Invoiced).
Regards,

I agree! I ordered a Laptop bag (out of stock, due in 7 days) and a USB mouse (instock). Due to the laptop bag being out of stock I could only select the super saver delivery for a week. To my surprise 2 days later the Laptop bag turns up!! Mouse followed shortly after...

My order was due to be delivered Monday 17th, logged in this morning and err wait a minute where's the order! Had email confirmation when placed the order...
Just like when my mum tried the same beginning of December, email confirmation, took the money et voila no order exists >:(0 -

After placing my order last week and receiving two e-mails (acknowledgement and confirmation), there was no sign whatsoever of the order under my account on the website.
Luckily for me though the goods did arrive, and I also had my delivery date upgraded so they were a day earlier than originally stated.
Didn't stop them sending me the wrong coloured case though... ::)"I am not Geoff Vadar, I'm Darth Vadar"0 -
Maybe there's still hope, 17th hasn't arrived quite yet...0

I also orderd from them recently (Mon 10th) and had it arrive at work 2 days later (Tues 12th) which is pretty good.
However I dont think the majority of people have issue with delivery, its more lack of delivery, lack of informing you of late delivery (or lack of stock), lack of someone to contact, and lack of email/phone call returns.
No doubt thats why they are so cheap - no one mans the phones0
