This is getting worse! But v v funny!

I have just got my first mystery shopping job, excited but a bit nervous. Will need to stop baby brain! It's paying £5 plus £5 for goods I have to buy but I get to keep them obviously. Will let you know how I go.

to those considering premium bonds I really wouldn't. You get a MUCH better return on your money from a savings account. A few years ago I had the full amount stashed in premium bonds (Oh for those days!!) for well over a year and my 'winnings' were neglible, and I think I worked out that I could have had double the amount of my winnings in interest over the year....but of course you do have the chance of winning the Big One!! LOL!

Martin Lewis also shares your opinion of the value of Premium Bonds:

I can see the attraction though. It's kind of like buying a lottery ticket but not actually having to pay for it! :)

  • For whoever asked (I can't remember, sorry!) they are covered in private as a 'reassurance' to the buyer that no one will see their user ID, they are all anonymous bids.

I really hate feet, that ebay ad made me feel a bit queasy!

copperjar - let me guess, you re-listed the lego ? you should have waited till the spanish buyer had either paid (which he did and then you could have posted them to him) or till the 4 days was up and you had got your FVF back and then re-listed them and not got a neg from him

Ha Ha this thread is giving me some laughs tonight.

Can anybody help, I have two questions
    1. can anyone recommend a reputable/safe mystery shopping company?
    2. when you buy postage online when you're selling on ebay how do you go about getting proof of posting, or do you still have to take them to the post office for that???

I have found TERN to be good for mystery shopping.

Yes, unfortunately you still have to go to the post office for proof of posting and my local post office get a bit unfriendly when I go in and don't spend anything but don't let that put you off :-)

No I didn't relist. He paid after the NPD and I sent him the Lego immediately. He received it today and has left me negative feedback. Reading the t&c's of feedback, eBay can't do anything because he hasn't violated any rules.
