You can put a link to your website in your profile ... don't ask me how as I haven't done it, but a number of people have. Hope this helps :).

  • Thats true you can do that just not advertise the fact you do or post it on here

Good to see at least OP did something about it once they knew

    Welcome Mr-Kilner.

You have been added to the list. Your website was very informative, i'd follow Eyesparky's advice.

Ive made a big error! Sold 2 things on eBay yesterday and I don't know what I was thinking, but I accidently sent them both to the same person!

I once sent two items to the wrong people (one got the others if you see what I mean and vice versa). Then the first person decided they wanted to keep the item they had been sent which was worth a lot more, and what could I do? I let it go, got lovely feedback from them and refunded the other person with a little extra for their troubles. Who I also got lovely feedback from.

Only trades I have ever made a loss from but it made me sort out my procedures and now I always write the item and the address down and double check before sending. Doesn't take long and I don't think I could deal with sending 10+ items a day sometimes if I hadn't got organised due to this bad experience.

Hmmm I have a perfume gift set (no box though) but I am unsure whether to sell the perfume and body lotion together or seperatley. Any thoughts on this?

Oh I made 2p today, bout my mum a paper at 88p and she gave me 90p back lol. So 2p in the tub. Also save £1.02 on stuff from home bargains today so again thats in the tub!
    I found 1p today! :rotfl:
    Ebay sales tonight -
sold Soap and Glory hatbox for £5.50:eek:
also drawstring bag separately for £2.something so that's nearly half the money back I paid for it and I still got most of the products! Apart from the hair stuff which I've sold for £1.10 :D
Can't be bad, thank you MSE Grabbit board...

Got a fiver profit (well £5.01) on the transformer OH found and said would make something. Sold some trainers I bought for £1.98 for £15. Will work out what it all adds up to tomorrow and definitely change my signature! Really tempted to have a play with the engraver but since I've had five little bottles of fruit-flavoured vodka while at my friend's tonight it might be best not to...
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

I have update my signature tonight as i have sold a few more little bits on ebay and amazon. I'm quite pleased as I have nearly made my first hundred :)

I am getting a little impatient though as i have only sold one of my resell items, only another 47 to shift! lol keep finding myself just keep going on ebay and refreshing the page! My OH thinks I have a strange addiction!

At least that has a bit of logic to it - I just put two seperate items for two seperate people in the same envelope and posted it off!! Don't know what I was thinking!! I'm blaming it on lack of sleep!
I've emailed both people but not heard anything back yet. The items aren't even worth much so its not so much the money - more worried about getting bad feedback.

My Spanish lego buyer is still messing me about. I asked again if he's going to pay this weekend (he previously said he "might") now he's saying he'll pay on 25th because he doesn't have any money. Can I just stop the sale now and relist straight away or would I have to wait for ebay to look into it? And could he leave me bad feedback? He was the only bidder so part of me thinks I should just wait, but I have a feeling he won't pay then either - and I don't particularly want to send it to Spain anyway.
