The second secured mortgage was in joint names? If so, ask them what the steps are for complaining about them committing, or being a party to, a fraud - not having your signature/ID verified.
If not, which I doubt as they must want to keep all charges in same names, she will remain liable for it.
AFAIK, while her name remains on the joint, original mortgage she also remains liable for any shortfall.
So, it is in her interests to ensure the house is not repossessed.
This might be complicated if there is a requirement in the divorce settlement for you to buy her out, or somesuch.
But you haven't said so, so...
Until she is off the mortgage she should keep paying her half, imo.Act in haste, repent at leisure.

Is this a "2nd mortage" or was this a "Together" mortage?0

it is a secured loan against the property. not sure of the terminology.she forged my signature and obtained this loan0

You need legal advice then........0

If she had forged my signature to obtain a loan, then I would see her in hell or Her Majestys pleasure before I repaid a penny of it - you really do need a solicitor.0

Make sure you inform the lender for the 2nd mortgage that your signature has been forged."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
