Duck Crown?

Options
Bought 2 (what I thought were chicken/small turkey) duck crowns, reduced in Tesco last week at £1.50 each.
I've only ever had duck in stir fries and pancakes...................What can I do with these crowns I wonder?
After yesterdays help with the mushrooms, I know I'm going to eat well again!!!!
Idea's anyone please?

I love roast duck, its our favourite here!!!! I would simply roast one, and freeze the other to roast later. I would make gravy from the duck juices, and for a bit of extra flavour without much work, add some port to the gravy, yummy!!!!!
