I no this is probley in the wrong place but i didnt no were to post it.
Is anyone a ann summers party organiser? am just ordering my first order on the internet does anyone no is the price that comes up on the order form after you type in each item the price with or without discount?

HI, the items that come up on the order form are the ones at the full price; when you go onto the second page to confirm your oder, you will shown your pervious balance at the top, then your new balance with your discount and thats the total you will need to pay.

is it the net amount you need to pay as that is what i paid an it said i didnt pay the full requested amount my order my be placed on credit hold0

Can't remember exactly how it goes without logging in but I think it says first off 'previous balance' then 'order total' then PO discount amount and then 'final amount' (or words to that effect). You pay off the 'total amount' figure which is your order amount minus your PO discount. Because the account balances are updated the next working day, it may still show the message saying 'your account may be placed on hold,etc' because it won't recognise it stright-away.Debt free 2018
