Hi Phyzelda. Personally, I think if you are going to buy offshore via e bay, stick to those you have heard of and from those you can get great reviews. Landy and Milly seem to be the more credible ones. I'm not saying that this seller isn't, but weddings are big business and it seems ok for all and sunndry to jump on the bandwagon to make a quick buck. You are snookered if the dress is a disaster because they suggest you have it custom made and as custom made garments are made specifically for you, you have no comeback. You get a bad deal and they get their money.
Just look at the reviews (genuine ones, look for the use of the english language!)0
