Black Horse Finance Loan
Hi Folks
I need help. I have a loan from Balck Horse Finance. I negotiated a reduced payment to £100 which was 50% of normal payment. I have paid that twice and then ceased. It has been out to debt collecters and is now back with them and I think they are getting ready to take it to court. Loan is £9600.
Can i get advice of what to do next. Should i do a SAR but it was taken out in 2008 so not sure that can help.
What is the advice on here?

why did you stop payments, are you in financial trouble? If so I woul advice speaking to the ccs0
