    I'm so excited! you can actually go and stay there? wow, I loved that series, really loved it - now can I persuade my family to spend our summer holiday there?

    It looks expensive during the high session at around £800 - £900 a week. But there is a camp site.

    I'm lucky in that we live about 30 mins from Acton Scott. Its been a working farm for years and I visited it when I was at school(quite a long time ago:o:D) as did my children - all in the days before the tv show.
    Its in an area well worth a visit or a holiday and quite close to Ludlow which is a beautiful town with a castle.
    Be nice to think of lots of OSers visiting the area!:T

    Ruth Goodham is doing a course at the Weald and Down Museum on May 5th on Victorian Cleaning. I would love to go but it's a little too far to travel!
