    Evening all :D

    In my first class seat on the train waiting for my free coffee :) Excellent!

    Weather was pretty bad but still managed a 10 mile run then got the worst stitch I've ever had (nearly passed out) so decided to call it a day - still done over 45 miles this week so well happy!

    Sorry to hear other peeps arent feeling as cheerful! At least its still the weekend for a few hours ;)
