Does anyone know how to cool a chilli down. I bought a Stagg one ages ago, cooked it yesterday, put loads of rice in because its called Dynamite.....and it is dynamite. Might have to eat it a spoonful at a time for the next month

Been out for a nice walk in the forest, we found some fresh snow that made that lovely sound underfoot, back in the warm and about to have beef stew & dumplings, yum yum.
