And if it's any concolation I've still got man-flu and my testicles ache?

Ladies, form an orderly queue to offer to rub them better! :rotfl:

Hey SS, on a serious note I would get checked out by the doctor, a friend of mine had a similar problem and it turns out it was mumps! (I think it's making a comeback) Can turn nasty and make you infertile

Sorry to hijack your thread broken hearted, I hope you're feeling better soon. I get that sometimes and cry over the smallest thing, which is not fun as I work in a male dominated industry and get a hard enough time as it is....

    Hello darling

Well I too have been where you are and family planning seems to be the culprit for me too. The tears, the lack of feeling "right" with yourself, and it does take time to get back to normal. The only thing thats keeping me going at the mo is coming off these hormones and getting back to my usual self.

I just cannot stress enough how much your hormones will impair your ability to think straight and be normal.

    Sending a hug to you

Just wanted to send a hug & hope you're feeling better? If you mean depo injection it can take ages to feel more normal ...Papmer yourself a bit (cheaply of course!) & take the opportunity to have a good howl which, although exhausting can make you feel better after - goood stress release! Have a nice hot bath, cuddles & nice early night & hopefully you'll feel better tomorrow. If things dont imporive have a chat with your GP...big hugaroos from me!

I've been like this for a couple of months and turns out I was, still am in fact, pregnant. I got suspicious when my boss started telling me off (with good reason!) and then backed off completely, mainly due to the fact that tears had welled up in my eyes and my voice started shaking. Not that I'm suggesting you're pregnant, it was just to sympathise with these awful female hormones that we all get at different times. Have a ((hug))

I'm on the depot as well. Decided to not get my next injection next month........as the weeks tick by I'm beginning to wonder if I should 'come off it in October instead'!!:p Hey, I've spent half my life having man-made hormones pumped round my body......I don't know what I'll be like without them...(normal maybe???? WAHOOOOOOOO that'll be a first!!)

I was going to come off it in October anyway, and give myself a year to get back to normal, but I've become somewhat overly broody what with EVERYBODY around me either being pregnant, about to drop or having lovely babies, so I decided that I would come off it earlier to give myself more time just incase things don't go to plan. I know, cheery aren't I!!

Still, its a bit of a big decision for me.......I've spent the last 16 years making sure I don't get pregnant (no matter how broody I got).....and now it's like 'times ticking away love...get on with it...':p

Still, if I find out that it hasn't been these hormones making me fat and slightly psychotic all these years, I'll be well hacked off!!
