This is so fantastic. The parents are very excited about this to. My Dad goes to York each year to the races, my mother always gives him a list to buy in Lakeland.

Now, we just need to get Hotel Chocolate to open a branch......

I know Hotel Chocolate but if you were to taste my chocolate you would even attempt to make your own Easter eggs, sweets etc. also its great for chocolate covered strawberries, apples for Halloween, etc and plus if you pour it over ice-cream it goes hard or you can melt it down let it set and grate it for deserts or be like my nieces & nephew who just eat it as it is! you can use it for baking and you won't be disappoined.

Is this chocolate you sell, or a recipe you use, or what?

We are going to make easter eggs this year. Why? Because I bought a kit in...Lakeland! LOL
