help

I suppose there are millions of people out there is the same position as I am but at the moment it feels like only me!

I have problems. Me and my partner have three credit cards between us which are maxed and we just cant afford to keep up the payment. I have a personal loan and also have a house and a car with all the usual bills!

We are finding that we have no money to save and not enough money to pay everything.

We have tried applying for personal loans and everything else but keep getting rejected which doesn't help our credit score. My partner keeps suggesting a secured loan but i dont want to go down this route.

Please can anyone suggest anything?!

    Hi there

Take a look at southern scouser's sticky (link below) for first time posters and why don't you pop up a statement of affairs so that the DFW nerds can help with suggesting areas you can cut back on.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hi nicki bubba, sorry to hear you are feeling down,as you know you are not the only one in this situation but I understand you feel like you are.
As already said post an SOA and see if anyone can help you out, also try getting in touch with Payplan,National debtline or CCCS who will all offer a long term solution to the debt problems and hopefully get you back on track.
I wouldn't recommend the secured loan as this is putting your house at risk and if you cannot afford to pay the loan back you will lose your home,at the moment your debts are unsecured,it is always better to keep them that way.
