Can anyone tell me if CCJ forms from Northampton are sent via recorded delivery? I have had a recorded signed for letter sent to me but I was out and its now at sorting office waiting for me to collect it. i am bricking it as I think it could be a nasty ccj .If it was and I didnt collect it what would happen, would they send another or would it just go ahead? I am not feeling too good at the moment and struggling and I think this would just tip me over the edge. I really cant think what else it could be.

Hi
I have never known CCJ forms to be sent recorded.
I think it is normally 1st class and that is enough to satisfy the fact that the form was posted.
