  • just been in sainsburys got 10 tins of choc chip cookies for £4.40 (44p) per tin all reduced from a £5
    also other biscuits boxes of chocolate ones from £5 to 99p
    xmas puds from 29p

    all dated to july 2010 not that they will see febuary in this house!!!

    what exactly do you mean by this??? If you had 7 children and 3 other adults in your house and 14 employees that work on the premises would you buy 10 tins?

    If I weren't trying to be healthy I'd buy ten tins just for me :rotfl:Obviously I wouldn't eat them all at once but with an expiry date of july they'd be good for a while.

    Thanks I think the Thorne store is much better now than when it was a co-op (or low cost or pioneer etc).Although I still think Sommerfields has some good offers.I think Thorne is lucky to have a pretty good selection of shops.I just wish someone would take over Woolworths,I heard a rumour Wilkinsons had got it but I don't think it's true.Sorry for the long post
