Catalogue Debt

I am wondering if anyone would be able to offer me some advice.
I have a catalogue debt of around £200.00 on top of loads of other debts. I have a support worker that is helping me with all of my debts as I have a mental health problem and can get very forgetful.
The catalogue company now rings me on a daily basis despite me telling them that I am unable to afford to pay them anything as I have some priority debts that need to be dealt with first and my support worker is dealing with everything for me and they have told me that they will continue to call me everyday until I can start paying them.
Is this not some kind of harrassment? I already have issues speaking to people on the telephone and now it is making me nervous to answer the telephone.

I have had catologu debts which most are now paid and accounts closed.
I contaced each one and explained that i would be paying x amount on x date never had any problems.
They should not be calling you everyday that is just wrong, especially as you have spoke to them about payment issues.
I would contact them and ask to speak to someone senior and explain in full, maybe also give an approx date of when you can make some kind of payment.

Yes it is harassment, but seems quite common I had Littlewoods phone me every day up to 4 times a day when I was in hospital for 11 months last year. They continued to do it despite been told not to by the ward manager:j £2 coins = £2.00 :j0
