hi
i hope someone can give me some advice
we purhcased through co-ownership scheme in northern ireland, on a 50/50 basis, in 2007
the mortgage value was £65,00, and the property purchase price was £130,000. we were on a 2yr fixed rate (6.9%) which ends 25/04/10. our mortgage is with the woolwich, and as far as I know the ulster bank are the only other lender to deal with NICHA mortgages
is it to early to see what other deals are on offer to us? we are in negative equity at the moment, so dont expect to change lenders
our current mortgage payment is £432 per month, so anything less will be a bonus. we dont want to overpay on the mortgage yet - we would rather save the money, and buy back our share from NICHA - so a good joint savings account will be needed as well
thanks for takin the time to read my post & i appreciate all comments
