RRPs are ridiculously inflated for poor quality gear though.

hi! has anyone bought off these? I made an order, after trying for ages then found out its not letting me go to checkout til I register first... but I finally ordered some bits, and I have only had the confirmation email, not the confirmation of payment email... after trying to phone them and being on hold for 40 mins I'm quite worried.... Anyone actually recieved an order and were they ok? Thankyou!! Have to say brill prices though!!! Maybe too good... But I'll find out!! Thankyou all!!!
  • Thanks for the heads up, but I can't get the site to work. It keeps saying, "waiting." I wonder what it is waiting for? LOL. x

I've just rang and got through to their Customer Services Dept on 0844 822 1144. They are saying items are taking 5 - 10 working days to be delivered but may be sooner.

They seem to have put some of their prices back up!

I placed an order for the 'lovely looking green' (imo) Anya Waterproof Jacket when the OP first posted this and it was £13.50 (I think... need to check my confirmation email) but it is now showing £22.50. Not sure what's going on??

The waterproof trousers that I wanted for my children were out of stock in their sizes, but I managed to find exactly the same thing at the same price here (£3.99 for the Regatta waterproof trousers):
http://www.winfieldsmegastore.com and the postage was only £2.99. They seem to have lots of other bargains too, so worth a look.
