I took advantage of this offer and ordered a few other things aswell.

The order was delivered to my home address by courier, unfortunately I was taken away on business and wasn't there to receive it, my family wasn't able to pick it up from the depot for me, as it was miles away and they don't drive.

The order was sent back to disk depot by the courier and I asked for them to re-deliver to my work address, they were very rude and unhelpful.

I paid another postage charge for the order to be re-delivered to my work address. It arrived yesterday, but it was not my order! They have sent me someone else's, even including the incorrect invoice.

When I contacted them today, they didn't even offer an apology. My only option to get my correct order delivered to me, is to be at my work address 'sometime' tomorrow to hand back the incorrect delivery and swap it for the correct one. Now, I work evening shifts, and they are expecting me to go into work all day and wait around at my inconvenience to hand their mistake back to them!
They haven't offered me any other option, what a terrible display of customer service...

I have just been on their website and can't find any inks available for my R300, does anybody know if they have stopped selling them or is just that i can't see them?
