CC Charges Refund - Confused!!

Just got this month's dreaded credit card statements :eek: I'm a bit confused because Sainsbury's have refunded 3 charges from last month, without being asked..??! Now of course I'm happy that it's £75 quid less that I'll have to pay, and I am intending to ask for a full refund of all charges (if I can get off my big !!! to get it all sorted!!) but does anyone think it might have something to do with the OFT ruling on punitive charges?? Maybe they are trying to strike first, to avoid having the hassle of following it up fully?? Has anyone else had this experience? To be fair, so far I have found Sainsbury's to be pretty OK to deal with on the phone & they are the only ones to suggest ways of dealing with my problem debt!! Sorry to go on a bit, didn't know who else to ask!!:D

Not sure ...maybe the revolution of DFW's has hit home at last!! Thats fab news though...guess you could ring & ask but then they may say it was in error & take it back!! Does it say anything on the statement? Hopefully someone will be along soon with a sim tale to tell...congratulations though!
