I just take the Tesco Multi Vitamin and Mineral tablet once a day. Fine for me. Was on offer too, 3 for 2. I used to take Centrum but it didn't agree with me.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0

I Normally do myself too but my son has been ill in hospital with swine flu and the doc says his immune system needs bulit up.....so its healthy food and a good multi vitamin ....would it be worthwhile taking the echineacica tablets as well ?0 -
My mum takes Immunace. She had chemo last year and has taken this before and after treatment.
Boots usually have them on 3 for 2 offers.0 -
Lidl do a good one, same spec as Centrum with lutein for £2.79 for 100 tablets comes in a box with a multicoloured pattern on the front. They do a cheaper one as well not worth using IMO.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett
